Do not do business with Keith Henderson or Vince L. From American Mortgage Specialists.

They lied to me assured me my loan was approved, never produced loan documents to the title company and I lost my earnest deposit.

I began this loan process with Keith Henderson. He was very optimistic telling me every thing was fine not to worry, whenever I called to question the status of the loan.

As the closing date drew nearer he became very hard to get a hold of.

He did not return phone calls. The title company called me to let me know that my lender was not performing.

Thats when Vince came into the picture. He told me that he would be representing me now because, in his own words "You deserve better service, someone who will at least answer your calls"and he also added "Keith has really fallen behind on your loan process and you deserve better."

He seemed like a breath of fresh air at first, but then he sent me on a wild paper chase the day before the supposed closing of the loan.

The title company informed me that the deal was off. The seller had already given us an extension and my lender had not performed. Therefore I would loose my money and would not get the house. The title company also informed me that I would not have lost my money if Keith or Vince would have sent a letter of
loan rejection.

When I questioned them about this, Vince's reply was that he thought the title company and the seller's real estate agent were somehow related and at fault for me loosing the house and my earnest deposit. The conversation was so bizare and ridiculous that I could not believe I was speaking to a suppossed
professional loan officer.

I called Keith Henderson for some real answers. He apologized for the outcome and took responsibility.

Then he said he could refinance my home and waive the $800.00 lenders fee. How considerate? After all the aggravation, loss time and money. They did not perform when they were going to be paid, now he wants to do me a favor?

I am a hard working nurse and mother of 3 children. It is sad that there are such irresponsable individuals out there pretending to be professionals.
