I like to file a claim recently I had overdrawn on my account in the amount of 47.00 that will require me to pay a 25.00 insufficient fund fee. But to my suprise my insufficient fee had jump to (242 change) Now they explained to me the holds that and processing status and I understand the policy.
My issue is the Wachovia re-arranged my transactions so that instead of having the one insufficient fee I had 7 insufficient fees on items that were processing. I was told on a previous occasion that Wachovia pays from Largest to smallest not how you made the transaction. I was told by customer that was policy and it could not be changed, and because I got a previous courtesy refund a month ago I'm not entitled to another, never mind that Wachovia is in the wrong.
I mean I'm being charge 35.00 for 4.95 that was in a processing status I'm being charged 35.00 for 33.00 charge that was in the processing status I'm being totally swindle out of my money because unfortunately I had the mis fortune of having to pay on a bill, that I knew was going to create one insufficient fee.
I knew that I was going to have a negative balance of 76.00 change never would I think that my charges would be re-arranged so that I would be charged for 7 additional insufficient fees because all these transactions were under 50.00 my last transaction item.
I need help they called there last mistake a courtesy refund why was it a courtesy if it was their mistake. I need help in stopping this from occurring transaction should not be re-arranged it's corporate robbery.
