We are also having to deal with these theives. We were in bankruptcy 7 and their attorney advised them to keep their folder and when we exited chapter 7 they started foreclosure. Needless to say we are now in bankruptcy 13 and they filed an objection to our foreclosure. When we were in bankruptcy 7 a gentleman, excuse me for saying gentleman, mr. Moreno came to our home to give me papers for foreclosure. I have corresspondence from them and they would not accept our payments. They insisted on setting up an escrow account even though i am deferred from my taxes and stated they were going to do this anyway even if we did not have to pay our taxes. They notified my tax agency before the end of 2005 and paid the 2005 taxes in 2005 before we even received out statement. They have caused us so much grief that i do not know if i can continue on. I have a bankruptcy hearing before the judge in the federal courthouse on rusk avenue in houston texas. If anyone could attend i would appreciate it for i am copying every report on this site and i do have an attorney that is going to fight for my rights.
My heart hurts when i read how terrible they are to everyone. They also caused me to not get a new loan insisting that i call equifax and when i did the lady at equifax put a lady named brooke on the phone on a 3 way call. She was rude and i guess she just wanted to humiliate me. Anyway, if there is someone i can help please email me or just let me know. Regardless of what happens in my case i will do everything in my power to help someone stop them.By the way when you try to report them to the bbb it is diverted to the state of minnesota. Their reports are very negative and i received a letter from a government office in minnesota that they are not licensed to be mortgage originators in their state of minnesota so can someone tell me why they do not have to be licensed?
