Ripoff

I was told by this mortgage foreclosure mediator, and her name is Joann Partida. Mrs. Partida looked over my house payments and claimed that she could prevent a foreclousre, she stated to me not to contact my mortgage compnay and that I was to wait for her, as the weeks passed on I had questions and I started noticing that she was never available.

I went ahead and called my mortgage compnay and they explained to me that I meet the guidlines for FHA to help and I'm curerently waiting on paperwork to sign. Mrs. Joann Partida told me in writing not to contact my mrotgage company and it is in writing as we'll I would like to know if I can get any assitance in getting my mony back from her ASAP!!!
