I was approached by phone while residing in my residence in Washington, DC; on 9/18/06, by a company calling it self New Wave Corporation, the representative, a young lady by the name of Camille introduced herself and began to ask me if i was intrested in purchasing a home with no money down, which i am seeking to buy a residentual home. She explained that i had contacted them, which i didn't but on the internet today you recieve all kinds of offers from companies who incert their cookies on your computer, data miners; to retrieve your personal information, and your surfing habits etc. Anyway Ms. Camille went on explaining to me that they don't do the loans personally, but they seek lenders all over the country that would suit my needs, but there will be a fee: $ 465.00, but i would get back $400.00 dollars at closing, so i asked her that if i get back $400.00 at closing, why was she asking for $ 465.00, it seems to me that your service would only cost $ 65.00; she than stated that the $ 465.00 was because the lenders wanted to know if you were serious, they didn't want to waste their time, if you wasn't serious; and the amount would make them feel for comfortable that you were; after all they didn't want to run around for nothing, if i wasn't; i said o.K., she than ask me if i had a credit card, i told her yes, it was a credit card as well as a debit card, she than asked for the number, i asked why; she stated that she had to have the information to confirm that i had a bank account, she than ask for the security number; i asked; why would you need that? The numbers on the front of the card confirms that, she said i still need the numbers, so i gave it to her. She than took my personal information, name, address, location type of loan i was seeking and told me she would get back to me later on this week; i said o, k, i told her the money would not be available til Thursday 21, she said she would call me Thursday to let me know if my application was approved for the loan, than hung up. After later that evening things just didn't seem right to me so i tried to locate this business by way of the better business bureau, no such business, i tried an advanced detective program that i have, no such business; went to the North Carolina web page for Raleigh, no such business. I called the bank and changed my card, i than notiified the new wave Company by e-mail to discontinue my application, and recieved through my e-mail program, that is advanced; no such e-mail address; i said o.K., they can't get the money; but about an hour or so later i get a response from [email protected], which said: I'll forward your message to Camille; i suspect they have some type of program that blocks their e-mail (encryption/mask) but what they didn't know is that my mail program goes straight to the originating source; which came up as JORDAN PUBLISHING COMPANY, which you have in your data base. This business gives two location in Raleigh north Carolina: NEW WAVE CORP., 5886 Six Forks Rd., 27615., and 9650 Strickland Rd., suite 103-210 27615. Now i have a satellite program also installed on my computer that allows me to view any location in the world, and these two locations were the corner of intersecting street, one was a small field. Oh what tangle web we weave when we practice to decieve; camillion.
