I was contacted by Gabriel from Premier Savings who said that I could obtain a credit card for a lower interest rate than I am currently paying on my other cards, and that I would be able to transfer the balances to the new card. This service would only cost $279.
When the package arrived, it included a Certificate of Guarantee, which stated that if I was turned down by three of the banks listed in their package, I could request a refund of 60% of the original amount. This amount was supposed to be credited back to the original card it was charged to within 45 days.
It has now been longer than 60 days, and I still haven't received the credit back on my account. I have sent a second request in the form of a demand letter to have the amount credited to my account as soon as possible.
