First Capital Consumer Group of Toronto, Ontario Canada also tried to rip me off, the same situation as noted by the others filing complaints against this fraudulent company. I didn't receive what was promised to me either, and I looked up their company over the internet - just had one of those gut instincts. I immediately did what was recommended - went to my bank and told them I wanted my money back. I hopefully will get it back! The bank said it should only take a few days so, we'll see.
I also called First Capital Consumer Group and left a message on their answering machine telling them that I had found out info. Regarding their fraudulent company and told them that I was going to report them to everyone imaginable, and I would like to say to everyone who has suffered from their abuse that I think we all should get a class action going against them!!! I am serious - I am sick of this type of thing going on and think it's time to start really fighting back!!!
