I received a loan from these guys once and it was ok. The 2nd time I wanted to pay-down my loan BEFORE I needed to. I checked the box, faxed and did all they asked. I got charged the correct fee. Well for the next 2 payments (paydays) I was charged $75 which was what I had thought me paying down my loan. WELL THEY LIED.
They claim to have sent me emails stating I needed to REPEATEDLY send in forms each week stating I was paying down the loan in order to pay down but I never received a single email. They argued about that. Then I asked where does it state I have to send it the form each week? Was put on hold for 5 minutes (guess they thought I'd hang up) and then argued "oh it says it in the statement form". Guess what people - never got that form either. Didn't even try to offer to send me the form. So I've been paying the interest, $75, for the past 3 weeks for nothing, just for more money in thier pocket. Can't even produce any proof to back themselves up.
Asked to speak w / a supervisor and was told she was too busy to take my call but would call me back in 4 hours. I demanded to know where it states I had to send in this form each time and again they couldn't tell me exactly where it stated it but insisted it did. Well if it isn't in this paper then it isn't in this paper and I want my money to go towards paying down the loan (which was what should have been going on for the past 3 payments). Then the lady got very rude and told me "whoever you speak with will tell you the same thing so there is really nothing you can do". There might not be but I am contacting a lawyer today to see about that.
Do not even if you are desperate, do not go through these guys. They are very rude and act as if you owe them for what they did.
