Hell:
I took out a loan and refinance this home again in 8/1998. Owcen had started when they got the loan in July harasshing me saying they was not getting ny payment but then placed me into foreclosure. Then after I paid them the amount of the money they took me out of foreclosure but what the problems is they are allowuing a man to make payments onmy loan who is trying to steal my property.
I am willing to allow them to accerate the note due to this person has illegal filed with Harris County District Clerk this fake deed as I sold the house to him for ten dollars.
This man has committed mortgage fraud. The taxes owe, he has no insurance on thi property. I am going to drop the insurance, I am not going to pay the back taxes either.
I am writing filing with the credit bureau that this is illegal activity for them to allow some one else to assume a note of mines.
My contract by Owcen has been breach every since they has been accepting money of this person in my name. If any one read this, yes I am willing to file a class action suit due to they know the man has committed mortgage fraud-Houston, Texas.
He has been leasing this property illegal to Houston Housing Authority and the tenant has destroyed the property.
