My ex-wife works for Cardservice, and I strongly suspect she has been stealing my credit card numbers over the past few years. My Mastercard has been used fraudulently several times. I have known her to commit fraud many times, continually over the years, so there is every reason to believe she continues to do this while at work at Cardservice. While at work, she sent me emails asking for my bank acount information, and recently she tried to get checks on my checking account in her name, but mailed to a PO box.
In she told me that she lost a database of thousands of customers' account contact records, and there was no way to recover the lost data, and no way to contact any of the affected customers. The information was stored only on her computer and not backed up in any way, which is a very poor business practice. She had the computer repaired and the data was carelessly wiped out in the process.
