Upon receipt of the capital first information packet, I read the fine print and it was discovered that the sales pitch was very misleading and I have attempted for 3 days to cancel this program and the phone rings three times and comes up busy.
I don't appreciate how they sucker single parents into thinking we're buying into this great program and then they are unavailble and the other numbers in the program are affiliates of capital first. Not capital first themselves.
I am furious and hurt because like an idiot; i gave capital first my banking information and they are screwing up my account and i have no way of stopping this. I tried thru my bank and the bank rep says without the company's routing number, they can't stop any payments. What am I to do?
