I have a small retirement account with this company. I submitted a request to withdraw funds June 28th. This process is supposed to take 7 - 10 working days. It is now five weeks later, and I still do not have my money.
I have called weekly to check on this request; I get put off for another 5 - 7 or 10 days, and no one seems to know anything. When I do get someone with some authority, I get put off again - I have been waiting now 2 hours for a call back that was supposed to happen within 15 minutes.
There are not words that can adequately describe how angry I am.
