Well I get this post card in the mail telling me that my credit card was not activated (and at the time I had just received a new card) so I call the number and speak to some guy and he tells me that I was approved for a major credit card with a 4000 dollar line of credit. I specifically asked if it was a balance transfer card and he said yes it was and that it was interest free for a year, this was perfect I could transfer my other two cards onto this one and pay no monthly finance fee and zero intrest. And in order for me to receive this wonderful card I needed to give a 199.95 dollar deposit, but they would send me a free voucher for a cell phone worth 200 bucks. So really it wasn't costing me anything. Ha. I told the customer service rep. I had a cell phone subscription already but my phone was broke and he said I could just use the free one and I didn't have to activate it. Well once I get my voucher, it not free! Imagine that. I have to send a check in the mail for another 30.00 and once it clears I get the phone. Then I get my new credit card, but it's not a credit card. It's a card that can only be used to buy $@#* from their catalog. I called back and said where's my platinum card? They said after I use their card and make three payments they would send me a different card. Well I asked for my money back and they said no. We have to review the tapes. So I call back in another month and they said they had to set up a date for me to listen to the tape they had to find it still. Well I just called and guess what, the phone number doesn't work. So I call the other customer service number and it says to mail in my request, they're out of order. B.S. They ran off with my money. I've already filed a report with the better business bureau, I hope they get these guys and throw their arses in jail. Mariopleasanton, California
