I received a letter containing two pages, the first a "Demand for Payment" and the second "Default Notice". The two letters contained statements "the delinquency has been reported to the Credit Bureau".
The letters also threaten legal proceedings to recover the debt and interest.
I do not have, nor have I even had, any account or other dealings with Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Or any predessor company offering the same or simular service. The claim is false and a fraud.
Learning from Ripoff reports that false documents have been prepared using forged signatures, I torn up my response letter fearing that my signature and information might be used in a forged document. I will not respond to the letters demand and only report the matter to the Credit Bureaus and the FTC.
Lastly, I do not understand why the company and it's administrators have not been prosecuted.
