Northern Leasing Systems has reported a fraudulent charge on my credit report, and I am having to seek professional litigation. While working for a small retail chain of video game stores (a class c corporation of which I was merely a part time employee), northern leasing systems supposedly obtained my signature to "personally guarantee" the credit card equipment the company maintained. I left that company and almost 2 years later the company places a $2788 write off on my credit report. I never signed any document, the supposed contract they have my signature on has no witness and the signature looks lifted or forged, with no witness to the signature. Please avoid this company at all costs, they are unethical and perform illegal fraudulent acts. Beware.
