This company sent me a form to fill out. The fill-out form stated they were affilated with mastercard and needed $49.95 for a credit card for a $5000.00 limit. I looked at it as a way of rebuilding my credit. They called me 2 weeks later said they received my money and my card should be on its way in 2 weeks. It is now 2 months later.
