Does not follow thur with what promised shark loan ripoff

Promised fixed loan after signing papers and reading after the fact it is a adjustible. Posted on credit that I was always last on payment. Untrue!!! Destroyed my credit. Doesn't post payment, returned payments. Promised i WAS ABLE TO PAY TO JUST PRINCIBLE unable to do so. Call costermer service unable to help. Have to hire lawyer to fix credit and track all money orders and checks cashed
