I bought my father-in-laws house and the mortgage was transferred to ASC after 3months with New Century. I did not know they bought the paper and they say they don't have a record of my title or deed. I did not know the mortage was transferred until this month, June 06,3 month after the moved the mortage. They will not talk to me because I am not on the loan! So, I faxed them the info from my father to talk to them. Wait 2-3 days I was told before I could even talk about my account which is now almost three months late because they cannot find my payments. My wife is sick, my father is miles away and I have been faxing over and over to 5 numbers now. Still nothing and I think they are going to screw me and take the house. How do you loose 3 months of payments and then can't talk to me? I have never had this crap with any company. I bet they will foreclose on me before I can get to talk to them. This is nuts! I need some major help on this!
