Creditcard ripoff

I recieved a call from this company saying that I was approved for an creditcard. When I recieved the package in the mail it was a catalog to order from. I then called the company and they told me that I had to write a letter to get my refund and this was a while back I need to find out how to go about getting my money back from these people can anyone help if so please email me at [email protected] thanks
