Recieved debt collection from TSYS representing JC Penney retailer and GE MONEY BANK client, in amount of $430.50... Directed to my estate. When trying to reach the listed phone number NO contact is ever made, you recieve any one of 5 recordings... Which leads you NO WHERE. You are disconnected or kept on hold indefinitely!!! My 75 year old mother who is in poor health. Nearly died when she read this directed to MY estate!!! I am very much alive, have not had a Penney's account in the last 10 yrs. And certainly do NOT owe them a dime... I am sending back their request with a MORE correct response... Talk about misinformed!!!
