On june 8, I searched for a personel loan for people with less than perfect credit. A page appeared showing a form to fill out for Birk Atlantic Financial. A representaive called me on June 14 and said I was approved and needeed to fax pay stub, driver liscense, 3 refences, utility bill Fax (866) 292-0883
he said his name was Frank St. Clair and his manager was Joseph McGuinness. And they could be reached by leaving a message at that number and they would call me back, which they did.
They also faxed me several loan papers. They said I was approved and needed to send $350.00 for the insurance on the loan by Western union made out to Michelle Samuel in Toronto, Canada. And the loan $2000.00 would be directly deposited into my checking account. The monies were never transferred and I have made several calls that have never been returned. They need to be stopped, they are ripping off hundreds of people using several different names and having people wire money to Canada.
