Payday Avenue
I am too a victim of this company. I did not have the funds to access to cover the entire loan when it became due. Immediatly, I was getting calls at work and they contacted my payroll department by e-mail, stating it was regarding an outstanding payday loan that I had taken out through there company. Which, from what I have read, it is illegal for them to tell anyone outside an attorney what the debt is for.
The loan is only 3 days overdue and they are threatening to garnish within the next business day if the loan is not paid in full. I know that it is possible to revoke your wage assignment, that is voluntary, but what I need to know is if anyone has the fax number to send it to.
When I call the 866 # that they give me when they leave multiple messages, I can not get anyone to tell me a fax number.
Can anyone help?
