I angela parris recieved a approvel certificate in the mail approved on March 13 i just needed to send in my processing fee which i did the rush procedger at 43.00 someone called and said they recieved my payment on april 4th and that my card would be on its way in the mail well i still havent recieved anything to take advantage of a single moyher with 4 children is so unfair i would either like my credit card or my money backangelared bluff, California
