You wind up spending less than half your balance. You are then charged $20 dollars per month as repayment. This way you'll never pay off the charges you make. This is fine until you miss a few payments (everybody does). Your magic $300 credit limit goes up though you do not have acsess to any money you've paid. I was a victim of identity theft and wound up missing 3 more payments due to lack of cash (not covered).
My new balance is 596.00 even though I have not used the card (and could'nt anyway) They call you every day, sometimes twice a day under the premis of helping you out with the situation even though they will only accept cash. This might sound like mismanagment on my account, but no one signs up for identity theft and is sure is funny this occured shortly after I gave them my bank information and it has been proven that some of the vendors were not authourized to deduct money from my account (it was refunded) First premier is connected directly to at least two other banks under different names with the same kind of setup. Stay away people I plan on fighting this in court under the theory"no meeting of the minds. They also report to credit agencies.
