For months this company has been transferring funds from my checking account for some type of credit monitoring which I had not signed up to purchase. I had come to this by accessing the 'freecreditreport.com' website, which seemed straight foward enough as not a place to be charged. This just happens to be another entitiy thriving off taking advantage of the consumer.
This is in no way a 'free' credit report. This is a despiteful gutterball company that has no sense of ethics where the ENTIRE business model must be built around deceiving the consumer, in my opinion. Stay away from this company, and it's aliases.
I have yet to resolve this issue with my own bank, but I intend to by referencing Federal Regulation E form, which details electronic fund transfers. If the bank doesn't resolve this issue, I have no hard feelings picking up and moving to another bank. I strongly recommend the same to you, as this is the only way to prompt some businesses to actually do something for the customer.
