Ripoff They are incapable of doing anything with the clients goodwill in mind

Continental Trust Mortage in the approved lender for Shoma Development Corporation and clients must sign an affiliated business agreement iF they use their services. Continental will take applications for a fee and then do nothing on these files until two weeks prior to the actual closing.By then they basically have these mortgage customers in a bind because if they do not close with Continentals inflated rates, they are subject to a 16 PER CENT DAILY RATE UNTIL THEY CLOSE ON THE ENTIRE SALES PRICE OF THE PROPERTY. Their original respa declarations are deceiving, since they do not disclose the real closing costs these buyers will find. This compamny is run with absoulutely no respect towards buyers or employers alike. It is a total scam, and they get away with it by guile and desceit.;
