I closed my loan that I worked very hard to close for over 5 months on the 21 of May the escrow company sent the check to 1st Continental Mortgage and they cashed it. I was NEVER PAID for my loan. I called and have been given the run around for the last month. The girl Jessica who must be in acomplise to these crimes should also be prosecuted as she actually callled me and the Escrow company to followup on my loan daily until closing and they got paid. I also was given Mr Moatz's email adddress and of course same run around. This had to be stopped, you have to work to hard to close loans these days, only to NOT get paid???
