My husband and I were promised a $5,000.00 loan from this company with collateral of $900.00. We did this and then received a phone call from a Matthew in customer service saying we needed another $900.00 to secure the loan for $5000.00. This meant we would have no payments for one year. Well, we get a call saying that the lender has backed out and we would need another $1,000.00 if we wanted a $10,000 loan.
We new at this point that we were getting scammed. Matthew told us we could not get the money back until June 23rd. We owe many bills and cannot afford to wait this long for the money. We have made a call to our local TV station "Channel 11" for Call for Action, hoping this will get us our money back. Please do not fall for this scam as we did. Please help us get our money back. We will also be calling the Portland Police Dept. As many other people have done.
