Rosalye Fagan was the loan consultant who handled the unfulfilled loan. Promised a loan of 5,000.00 after I send 1,000.00 to secure the loan with an insurance company named Mansbridge Insurance Co. I money gramed the money at their request to the private lender named Victor Morris in Winnipeg, Canada.
I never recieved the money in my account and only after calling every 10 minutes did I get to talk to a women named Brenda Longhorn. She said that Rosalye had given out loans of 5000.00 and she was not suppose to give out loans less than 10,000. She said that she had been suspended and that I could take the loan for 10,000 and pay 800.00 more to secure the loan.
I said no thank you and she said that I would have the 1,000.00 in 12 days. Well it has been over 12 days and no money has come. And everytime that I call no one answers. I want that money back - it really hurt us, that was money we needed for our bills.
