On April 17th I was contacted by this company and everything sounded pretty enticing because my husband and I were really having a tough time catching up on some bills. I remember exactly when the person told me that they would deduct $129.95 from my checking account, and then deposit $500.00 into the bank on April 22. My husband and I said that does not make any sense. Why not just give me a loan of roughly $370.00 in that case? However we were reassured that everything would be fine, so we decided that it would work out.
Well it was all down hill after that. We never heard from them again. We called several times, and after what seemed like hours of waiting, we finally got through to someone! This person said that they were walking over to the loan advisor right now and they would call back. They never called. I called the next day and just got a voicemail that stated the box was full. Again we called, and demanded to speak to a supervisor, but the rep was very rude and said that we could not get our money back because we already activated our card, and once again a loan advisor would call us in 10 minutes. That was yesterday. Today their voicemail box is full again. (Gee, what a surprise!) This company is full of liars. They prey on vulnerable people who need money. This has caused our bank account so much trauma, I don't know when we will catch up!!!
