I received phone call from jenifer at creditplusrewards and said that I am qualified for a loan of $500 dollars and that I need to pay a one time fee of $129.95 dollars. The fee was withdrawn before the due date and I was charge a fee from my bank. I have never recieve any information regarding the loan. Everytime I called I will be put on hold for at least 15 minutes. I spoke two representives a couple days apart and I was told that they would write a not with my phone number and a loan officer will call me back regarding the loan and I've never got any phone calls. They also told me that I will be receiving a $1500 dollars credit card to shop on their website and that they will not be fee added. I have never received the card, they told me it was mail out to me so they gave me the card number over the phone but the website is blank. When I call the company after thier bussiness hours and the answering machine said to leave a message but saying that the mailbox is fool. They said that you can email them at [email protected] and I never got any respond back. They really need to be shut down.
