I was in the final stages of getting a mortgage approved when my broker called and told me a had a $2640.00 collection that had to be satisfied. I got one good phone number out of 4 when I tried to reach them.
The representative was rude and didn't care that I never had a account with Bank of America, just kept insisting that I needed to send full Payment. I hung up the phone and started researching and realized this is a bogus company. I will sue if I don't get my mortgage.
