Walled Lake Credit Bureau is working with Bank of America, N.A. For non-payment of mortgages. My mortgage payments have always been auto-pay and I have not missed any payments.
In one week I will have paid the last of three payments of a Bank of America Trial Period Plan prior to an approved mortgage modification request. I was instructed by BOA to make these lesser payments INSTEAD of my normal monthly mortgage payments.
Walled Lake Credit Bureau jumped the gun and reported my regular mortgage payment as two months in arrears!
Hopefully, Bank of America will call of their dogs.
