AOL had the authorization to tke $9.95 a month for fee. They, AOL, decided to change my acount to yearly payment for $242.87 without Notification. The bank paid AOL from my checking account this created a Neg Balance in less than 7days they had taken $987.00 in fees. When I got back in town is when I discovered this. Plus the fees, I went to branch in Howell, they were very helpful but only took $140.00 off the $987.00 fee, as well as stopped payment on the check, explained I would need to go branch I opened the account, for any other consideration. At that office they found additional "Bank Error" and took $90.00 off the fee.in the end I paid rest of the fees, since I have been laid off this is very difficult.
