7. I am calling about your loan with us on the property at 497 w Alexander blvd.
8. Well thank you for calling, you are the first person to call me back after 20 calls to HomEq. I have spoken to many people a Randy, a Quintineo Booker who said this should not be in foreclosure and he would talk to his supervisor about pulling it out of foreclosure. Every time I call they won't transfer me to Mr. Booker or the last person I talked to so I have to start all over again. I even fax everything over to the attorny's (Fran, Fax# 1-312-332-6136 About 9/23). But you are the first to call me.
9. Sorry, but I have copies of your payments and the problem is with AMC Mortgage. They said that they needed a copy of the front and the back of the check because they misapplied the check to the wrong account. This is a problem we have been having with them.

11. Yes, I have the copies of the checks but the check by phone is on your statement from the bank and AMC needs the actual check to find out what they did with the money.
12. The statement shows that the money came out of my account and was paid to AMC with my mortgage number. How can they not track it.
13. I don't know we have had this problem before. Can you get it from your bank?
14. I think I can but I have to go into court tomorrow for this case. Will you please write down what you just told me so that I can show the Judge tomorrow and fax it to me here at work #
