Ripoff by over draft

I hate this bank!!!

I do most of my banking online and decided to set up an auto bill payment to wells fago for my auto loan. Well, i set it up and then forgot about it. I sent in a check for the loan, it was cashed, and the they deducted the auto loan online pay as well. This caused me to be overdrafted and then all the little charges that i had on my bank card started to clear. Each charge made on my bank card (lunch, gas, ect ect... About 5 that totaled $35) was charged an overdraft charge of $30!

Phone calls got me no where. The customer service via phone with these people is a total waste of time!

I went to the bank and bitched a blue streak untill i got 3 of the carges droped but was just too tired to get the last two droped.

For the love of god please, please, please!!! Do not use this bank or anything that they offer!!! They suck at all levels!
