I was going to do a refinancing with these crooks. It wasn't until the closing i saw the inflated charges they tried to hit me with and half of the promises they made was not included in the contract.
It was only when i decided not to sign the deal they refused to return the appraisal I paid for so I could go to another company that made a better offer. Below is just a few of the e-mails we exchanged.

There is only one investor willing to make the exception to even write this loan for you and they are contracted by our company. You must understand the difficulty you are up against. You have only a short time in the home which means 99% of lenders will only write you a loan based on the purchase price.
We got you approved with the full value of our highly respected appraisers value, Which no company will beat!
