I have been fighting Fairbanks alone in the courts even after the settlement of Spring 2004. I have found Oakland County Michigan with all its money, beautiful homes, and masses of sheriff deputies without capable law enforcement to protect those being attacked by these crooks.
We are also without leadership in our capital to assist seniors in protecting their homes. For those who are on a fixed income all legal service agencies refuse to assist seniors as this lender became a class action lawsuit. They claim it is against their policy. The only help seniors have is a hot line in which there are older lawyers lawyers who have no experence with lenders who have gone bad.
Courts are setting up debtor sectionw where debtors are not even being listened to. Michigan is the eight highest in predatory lending and Oakland is not even starting an investigation as to the foreclosure by advertisement auction that is taking homes.
Those in charge of programs to help others openly lie about what is available or somehow keep it for those who they choose to help whether it is someone of their culture or someone who they know through someone. I have been researching this problem for four (4) years and have found many liers.
Now that you have the scenerio we live under, I am going to mention the physical result of these inept public officials, services and courts. I have lost two friends because the stress of fighting these criminals without protection from those who are sworn to stand by us. All those in authority know about Fairbanks but do nothing except hide the information from open public knowledge.
They want business to move here in Oakland County. My ex-husband gave up his life when he was diagnosed with cancer and just didn't want to fight. Everything was taken from him and he felt he had nothing to live for. We have masses of lawyers om Oakland County but very few pro bono attorneys. We have been trying to find someone in our state for all of the four years to no avail.
I was a test engineer for General Dynamics Land System when the company was charged with murder from its negligant actions toward an employee. Why is there no charge of murder against Fairbanks and SPS? If there is any company that has committed murder it is them.
Let's count up those who have just plain given up instead of fighting anymore, those who have been sick and these bullies hounded them with lawyers and thieves, and those who have committed suicide because their life is empty. Count up your death totals of people you know who have died from what these bullies have done, and send this information to your representatives.
I know it sounds shocking, but it is time to go to the next stage in tagging these companies. Since we did not jail those from PMI Insurance Co., Fairbanks, or SPS, nothing has changed. After the settlement was signed by all parties, Fairbanks attorney Trott and Trott ignored the contract that was signed and put my home up for auction. He has an absolute contempt for the law and cares nothing for human existence.
If these law makers see a death tally from those harmed by these crooks maybe this will create more severe punishment. Something like General Dynamics faced: a charge of murder.
