Capital Choice Consumer Credit
Offered a credit card and not only cash my check but also did not send my card

I got a direct marketing brochure congratulating me for be awarded with a $5,000 credit limit. I only needed to send $39 fee to proceed with the administrative process. I sent the money almost five weeks ago. They not only cash my $39 fee check but also did not sent my card. I feel abused and in some way I want my money back. Also, the police should investigate this company because probably, I am not the only one that have been fraud.
