I was misled totally about how the program works and information was withheld when i know i asked plenty of questions about the way i would be spending my money and at no point of time did anyone tell me that i could not recieve a discount and after i asked them to cancel the account they continue to keep it open against my wishes;and when i call and ask for a supervisor they place me on hold after holding for forty-five minutes to an hour' and never return to the phone and when you call back pissed off because of being given the run around they will ask for a name and number and no one ever returns your calls. I was told that i could get a cash advance and every one qualified for two hundred to five hundred dollars depending on what that department said you qualify for and never recieved a answer nor a cash advance.
