This company had a 10 day free trial period to open a webstore. (and if you cancel before the trial period ends your account will not be charged) I went thru thier registration process and decided thsi was not for me and canceled within an hour. Emailed them to let them know i will not be using thier service and to cancel thsi obligation. Sent like 3 emails same day, maybe 4.
Next day, check my online billing statements and they had debited my account for 12.95. Very irratated I emailed them a couple times more and called them to have it canceled. To no avail an answering machine picked up. I left a message.
I also called the bank to see if this can be stopped. Filled a complaint with the Better Business bureau in thier county via online. And now with you, have checked email no response. This happen on the 4/25/002 and today is 4/26/02. Thanks You
