Washington Mutual Home Loans
Ripoff deceptive mortgage practices, accounting practices

STILL to this day we cannot get the proper payoff demand nor can we get the right answers as to why. What is going on?

I would also like to ask for the tenth time to WAMU which I have refused to pay since and have been questioning it ever since WAMU thought they were going to put this onto my loan and why will no one listen.

On August 22 I received a letter stating that you had to pay my property taxes in the amount of $5861.62 on 6/3 which it further states in the letter that this is to be paid over a 12 month period, which would be approx. $488 a month, for two years roughly $900 a month. Still to this DAY no answer as to why it would or should be $1433. Per month.

I stated several times that I could not afford this and that it would cause a hardship and that $1433.98 per month was not the correct amount to be added onto my account. I was denied hardship and thrown into foreclosure anyway. Since then I paid the $47,495 to bring me out of forecloser 8/10 and just refi away from WAMU but since then we have been give the run around, department after department. We cannot get the right payoff demand.

Ms. Saunders stating that if I would have used a WAMU loan officer I would not be having this problem, not to mention the other things said and the abuse from this woman even at my work while I was trying to work.

We have 4 different pay off demands in a week or two period.
They are taking the $5550 and puting it into the INTEREST TO 4/30 then the prepayment penalty $12750.
Then the Escrow/impound overdraft which say $12242.73?? WHAT so if you were to stretch that over a 12 month period which would be is only $1020. Wo where does the $1433. Per month come in on the statements?

On 8/10 there are 5 $999.99 payment advances for what?

#1 So let's start from the beginning of the loan. We are waiting for title to supply us with documentation that the first part of 2004 if not all of 2004 property taxes were paid. They are pulling the final paperwork out of storage.

#2 On 9/29. What is $676.80 for?

#3 on 9/29 $676.80 again?

#4 On 10/1 adjustment -$676.80???

#5 I was told I had an interest only loan and my payments would be $2500 to $2800 per month and I received a statement showing me that the interest amount applied was $2492.87 after my initial payment of $4117.19 (9/10) which I disputed paying but was told I had no choice other wise I would go into foreclosure so after repeatedly arguing the amount, going into the branch arguing I paid the $4117.19 which I stated I could not afford numerous times.

Anyway I received the statement in the mail showing the interest amount applied $2492.87 I immediately called AGAIN to dispute the $41117.19 amount, went back into the local branch and showed them the document that the interest amount applied was $2492.87 but I was told to call the WAMU customer service number.

I am a single parent and specifically and repeatedly called about my situation.

#6 Let's NOT forget the fact that you would not work with me, refused to accept my payments and denied me hardship all of these options I tried to do to until all this could be figured out. BUT NO I WAS DENIED ANY OPTION!!? Why?

#7 There is missing money $. And you are demanding more than what it should be. Now today I open my mail and now an intent to foreclose??? And get this the amount AGAIN is different $27,754.90. WHAT?

I have made 5 payments since January and even if they were applied back to 9/05 that would be

OK so if I owe for February that is $4117.19, March $4117.19 would equal approx $8200? How are you coming up with $27754.90 OR $22,480.99 OR $18,363.80?
What is going on?

On the payment history it shows 10 payments of $4117.19 - but I did not owe 10 payments at the time and then on 8/1 we received a payoff demand stating that my next scheduled payment was not until 11/1. That payoff demand was good up until 8/8 but on 8/10 I paid $47,495.58.

I can tell you right now there is some funny stuff going on with this and we are going to get to the bottom of it!!! I have been trying to be patient and work through this but we cannot seem to get anywhere every time we call up with a problem we get pushed off somewhere else or oh we will look at it and get it corrected and have one faxed to you within 3 to 5 business days. We are told to get a payment history takes 10 business days why?

I sure hope ONE PERSON, someone can help with this problem because this is a huge problem. Taxes are not due until December 10th. Why are you trying to collect for something you are not going to be paying.

Washington Mutual Home Loan $73436.46 - $80046.52
Account Number * - Checks and Payments
So the total I have with ALL VERIFIED payments so far is $73436.46
If I add in the 2 that I will be contacting the banks and those are valid the total payments will add up too - $80046.52

So, my first payment on this loan was due 8,12 payments for the year would total $49,406.28 (which would have been up until the foreclosure 8/10) we have been trying to refinance this loan for 1.5 years and cannot get the correct information. WHAT WILL IT TAKE?

Note I have VERIFIED CLEARED items totaling $73436.46

According to my calculations I should be paid up on the P & I up until 2, we would not be in situation today if we did not keep getting wrong information and getting transferred all over creation every other day! I don't know how anyone can take this this is so ridiculous. What is going on? Why should this be so painful, stressful? No sleep, stomach problems, stress, headaches, not eating, can't work, can't think. Everyday, day in day out. More paperwork, more phone calls. New person AGAIN?
