Ripoff, false advertising, false promises., Florida

I gave them money, but they did not send me the product. I sent them $39.00 as an application fee for a platnium card. They DID say Visa. I spoke to a Marion Wilson who said that I did get accepted for a Visa card. He also offered me more benifits, but I never received any card, or any information at all. I have tried to call on several occassions, to no avail. JohnSan Francisco, California
