Doris Leigh called me at home and claimed to be attempting to collect a $1,000 debt I owe Paradise Camping. When I asked why I had not received notification sooner she said they had been sending letters to my address for 4 years. I have lived here for only 18 months. She said she could not make payment arrangements that I had to pay the entire amount then she said I could make partial payment today and the rest in in ten days. She also refused to give me the phone number of Paradise Camping or a copy of the contract she claims I have signed. When I asked her how I know if this is phony or not, she hung up on me -only after claiming that she would file a lien against my property.
