Here is one more horror story concerning Gibson Trust!
Folks, please, please write your attourney general. We need to
do something about this before it gets worse. This business
needs to be exposed and closed!
I signed up with Gibson Trust thinking that this was all good, that making monthly payments would be easy. But, I sent my first payment in and all hell broke loose.
I got a phone call and was told by Josh Constantine that he could not make payments to my creditors for several more months
because I had recently made balance transfers or cash advances on my accounts. I was so enraged! Why wasn't I told about this ahead of time!??
So I write emails and leave voice mail messages to try to get this resolved, and I never got a response! This is ridiculous considering how before I made a complaint there was no problem in our correspondence.
So now they have my money, my creditors are not paid, and I have late fees on all my accounts.
This is horrible!
Do not, I repeat do not... Get involved with this company!
They sound nice at first and will bend over backwards at first to help you. But don't be decieved!
Fortunately I was just offered a new credit card that allowed me to transfer all of my debt for a really low rate! I think that for me this is better than any consolidation program.
