Fraudulent billing sent fictitious bill, ripoff

I am turning 65 this month and the "Merchants Credit Guide Co" sent me a bill for 734.25 ostensibly from Spiegels. My daughter was about to pay it while I was hospitalized. Fortunately I saw it first.
