Wells Fargo Bank
They do not help you if you fall victim of internet fraud

This bank has got to be the worst bank in assisting customers if an issue ever arises. This bank allowed someone to wire funds into my account by someone who was not the owner of the account and I have lost all the money I had in my account because of this. How can a person wire funds into someone elses account and not even own either of the accounts. Someone was trying to use my account to launder money.

The real reason I wanted to post this here is because I want to pursue Wells Fargo Bank with a lawsuit that will slap them silly. They deserve it, I have been treated like a criminal and I had NOTHING to do with what went on on my account. If you are an attorney looking for a person to do a class action lawsuit, then please I beg you to contact me. The way that I have been treated by this bank is horrendous. They will not release my tax return deposit that was deposited by the IRS because they say they are still investigating the case. Meanwhile the money that was put into my account by this fraudulent person, was returned immediately because I did not ever even take it out. And they have made me wait over 60 days to date, for my money. Now they say that on March 2nd they were to issue me a check for the balance in my account of which I have yet to receive. I don't think I will ever see my money, how can a bank get away with removing funds that do not belong to them, and not give it back and get away with it. I have suffered great losses due to this and I want to fight back.

Please someone help me and guide me as to what to do because this has never happened to me before.

By the way this is their guarantee on their website about fraudulent emails etc. But when you try to contact them regarding the issue nobody knows where to direct you to or what if at all they are doing. THIS BANK SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
