Ripoff

I was sent a letter saying congradulations, you are Guaranteed Approval for a Capital Choice Consumer Credit Card. To recieve my new Platinum Credit Card, sign and mail the Guaranteed Approval Acceptance form and include $43 dollars for fast processing fee. So I sent the form and $43 dollars, and I still did not get anything back, its going on 5 weeks now. This was A rush processing fee. All I wanted was to build credit, instead I was ripoff.
