If I had been more desperate they would have got me, but when they faxed papers for me to sign, they did not look official and an alarm went off. I checked the website and tried to contact customer service but there was no such page, another alarm. I looked for them in the Better Business Bureau and D&B Duns for their legitimacy and they were not there. I went online to check my cell phone bill and their number did not show up. I checked consumer complaints and my suspicions (by this time i was sure) were confirmed. If your run across them try to set them up
