Recently purchased a house & was unable to use ANY credit cards due to the loan process. JUNIPER canceled my card & closed the account due to NON-ACTIVITY. I obtained the card 3 months before placing a bid on a home & was told not to use ANY credit cards until we moved in. I had not used the Juniper. I was treated VERY poorly when I called customer service about this. I will never do business w/this company again!
